What to expect from Titan, start to finish:
SURVEY AND ESTIMATE
One of our experienced team members will survey your gutter system for potentially problematic issues. Once the initial survey is completed, we will set up a time to review and explain our findings to you.
PREPARE THE AREA
We will make sure that all personal items are out of the way or protected from potential harm during the gutter installation process. This includes protecting shrubbery, plants, decks, moving lawn furniture, and/or other items from the immediate vicinity.
PRE-INSTALLATION ASSESSMENT AND REPAIR
Once our crew removes the existing gutters, we will inspect the fascia and soffit for any damaged areas that need attention before the new installation. All underlying issues will be remedied so that a solid foundation can be created for installing the new product.
INSTALLATION
Upon removing your existing gutters, we will ensure your new 5” or 6” gutters are installed with the proper slope to maximize water flow to your downspouts. This will help alleviate the build-up of debris and other items that can cause improper drainage. Our team will custom-build your gutters right on-site to be seamless; corners will be mitered and sealed for a custom, leakproof finish.
CLEAN-UP AND FINISHING
Our crew strives to maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the project. Upon completion of the project, our crew will do a thorough clean-up, including running a magnet across your property.
FINAL WALK-THROUGH
When your project is completed and inspected, we will do a final walk-through and, at that time, discuss your warranties, billing, and maintenance tips.
