What to expect from Titan, start to finish:
SURVEY AND ESTIMATE
One of our experienced team members will survey your home’s windows for potentially problematic issues. Once the initial survey is completed, we will set up a time to review and explain our findings with you.
PREPARE THE AREA
We will make sure that all personal items are out of the way or protected from potential harm during the window install process. This includes protecting shrubbery, plants, decks, moving lawn furniture, and/or other items from the immediate vicinity.
PRE-INSTALLATION ASSESSMENT AND REPAIR
Once our crew removes the existing windows, we will inspect the window frames for any damaged or rotten wood. If needed, all underlying issues will be remedied so that there is a solid foundation to lay the new product.
INSTALLATION
Upon removing the old windows, we will ensure your replacement windows are square in the existing openings. Shims may be needed to place the windows at their proper angle. An air tight seal will be achieved to make sure you new windows are energy-efficient.
CLEAN-UP AND FINISHING
Our crew strives to maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the project. Upon completion of the project, our crew will do a thorough clean-up, including running a nail magnet across your property.
FINAL WALK-THROUGH
When your project is completed and inspected we will do a final walk-through and at that time, discuss your warranties, billing and maintenance tips.
